Ever Elettronica is a manufacturer of drives for motion control through stepper, brushless and servo motors.
Since 1977 Ever Elettronica develops with prominent partners turn-key applications for industrial labelling machinery.
Thanks to our more then 25 years of experience into the world of labelling machines we succeeded in developing a labelling firmware application that enhances against low costs the performances of labellers controlled by simple drives like "clock & dir" or "start- stop".
The most important advantages of our automation solutions for labelling machines are:
- With our "Plug & Play Labelling Solution" adding mechanical parts to labellers with simple drive systems (i.e. gearbox and couples) to obtain an accurate label positioning on the product belongs to the past.
- We offer Labelling solutions for each type of user project from a slow stand-alone labelling head (1 motor, 1 drive) to a fast multi-head labelling machine (several motors and drives, all commanded by 1 controller).
- One software drive can function as a stand-alone drive or in cooperation with many different devices (i.e. controller) that are generally used in labelling machines like printers, camera's, and pneumatic devices!
- User friendly help functions are available to simplify the testing phase of the labelling system, i.e. automatic label measuring, labelling roll synchronization, fast label format change, mechanical parts check, auto-management of the alarm etc.
- With our "Digital Labelling Applications Setup" PC software package, testing and configuring any labelling system becomes child's play.
